Before contacting us

• Open Settings and note the app version.
• Confirm the device has enough free storage for offline scenery.
• Retry on a stable network, or continue with the built-in offline map.
• Review camera, location, motion, photo, or notification access in device Settings.
• Export records before deleting local data or reinstalling the app.
